Technical Writer

Gather and analyze information by coordinating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system functionality and documentation requirements.

Create and organize clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for products and applications.

Review and validate documentation with technical teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.

Maintain and update documentation based on system changes, enhancements, and new features.

Monitor the progress of documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure completion and approval within the required timeline.

Manage documentation using the company's official documentation tools and platforms.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Writing, IT Documentation, or a related role.

Experience creating documentation for IT products, applications, or systems.

Strong writing, analytical, and information-gathering skills.

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documentation.

Able to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
