We’re looking for an Account Manager who keeps our corporate clients well served, well delivered, and growing with us.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow your allocated client accounts. You are their go-to person at PEEPL.

• Coordinate project delivery with internal departments, from kickoff to final report.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documents that win the next project.

• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Growth is part of the job.

• Handle client complaints quickly and within SLA.

• Keep client administration tidy in Odoo and the Client Folder.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple accounts with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards.
• Bonus: active English, Odoo CRM, experience presenting SaaS/HR platforms to corporate clients, contract review and tender processes, and using AI tools in your daily work.
