Senior Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, negotiate, and conduct legal analysis of various agreements, addenda, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and other legal documents in accordance with project requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Ensure that all legal documents and agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s policies, procedures, and business requirements.
3. Protect the Company’s legal and commercial interests through effective contract structuring, legal risk identification, and risk mitigation, while providing appropriate legal support to internal stakeholders.
4. Monitor and ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
5. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure that applicable regulatory requirements are properly implemented and followed.
6. Provide legal opinions, advice, and recommendations on legal and commercial matters as required.
7. Provide day-to-day legal support, including maintaining proper documentation and records of legal agreements, licenses, permits, and other legal documents.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
2. Maximum age of 30 years old.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
4. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
6. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, information technology, telecommunications, corporate law, and commercial law.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant software applications.
