About the Role

As a Customer Growth Marketing Controller Excellence Associate, you will support the team in analyzing business performance, preparing reports, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and strengthening business processes. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will develop strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills while learning how data drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Astronaut, your responsibilities are:

• Analyze business, operational, and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and summarize key findings to support business decision-making.
• Assist in translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Support the evaluation of existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business information and support ongoing business initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and operational priorities.
• Utilize AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and overall productivity.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of business processes, guidelines, and governance practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship/project experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) and eager to apply them in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
