SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who doesnt just understand the theory, but is also willing to get hands-on. Our goal is not just to improve rankings, but to generate quality leads and pipeline from organic search, including AI search such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy aligned with business goals.

• Conduct keyword research based on search intent and the B2B buying journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).

• Handle on-page and off-page SEO.

• Write and edit SEO content (articles, landing pages, case studies, product/service pages) and create content briefs when working with other writers.

• Optimize content to appear in AI search (GEO/AEO).

• Manage day-to-day SEO operations: content calendar, publishing, updating existing content, ranking monitoring, and error fixes.

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience; B2B industry experience is a plus.

• Proficient in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and the fundamentals of technical SEO.

• Strong copywriting and content writing skills in English.

• Familiar with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/Semrush.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks.

• Willing to work from the office (hybrid).
