Project Management Officer

Project Management:

• Manage the entire Assessment Center process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Oversee the flow of Assessment Centers and guarantee the timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with assessors involved in the project to maintain a smooth workflow.

Technical Support:

• Ensure operational excellence in administering the Talentlytica dashboard for clients.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving issues raised by assessors or client admins, providing standby support for technical troubleshooting.
• Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.

Assessment Execution:

• Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
• Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.

• Domicile : Jabodetabek
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in psychological assessments. (Assessment Center is a plus)
• Have experience in customer success activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively
