Customer Acquisition Representative

Job Description

• Identify and acquire new customers for Nethome internet services.

• Promote and introduce company products and services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Conduct field marketing activities in assigned areas.

• Assist customers throughout the registration and service activation process.

• Achieve customer acquisition targets set by the company.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, and service packages.

• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualification

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School graduate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Willing to work in the field.

• Having sales, marketing, or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.

• Own vehicle and valid driving license are preferred.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
