Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 18-25 years old

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply

• Sales or Marketing experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident and comfortable communicating with new people

• Good customer service and relationship-building skills

• Active, energetic, creative, and target-oriented

• Able to follow up potential customers professionally

• Able to identify and develop new student prospects

• Creative in developing promotional and marketing activities

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to participate in school events and promotional activities

• Bandung domicile is preferred

• Having a personal vehicle is a plus

• Passionate about education and working in a school environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up and communicate with prospective parents

• Build good relationships with parents and prospective students

• Achieve monthly student acquisition targets

• Promote Cerdas Ceria programs and activities

• Develop new marketing channels and potential leads

• Support school events, open houses, and promotional activities
