- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using PHP, Golang, or .NET.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using REST, SOAP, or gRPC architectures.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, connection pooling, and other database tuning techniques.
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous processing mechanisms, including job schedulers and message queues.
- Develop and maintain event-driven architectures and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, or similar technologies.
- Apply Clean Architecture principles to ensure maintainable, scalable, and well-structured applications.
- Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Ensure all delivered code meets BRI's applicable security standards and quality gates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for backend services and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Backend Developer in software development projects.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language: PHP, Golang, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and development, including REST, SOAP, or gRPC.
- Experienced in database performance tuning, including indexing, partitioning, and connection pooling.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing, including job schedulers and message queues.
- Familiar with event-driven architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC), particularly using Kafka, Confluent, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of Clean Architecture principles and their implementation.
- Experienced in implementing unit tests.
- Able to deliver code that complies with applicable security standards and quality gates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Placement: Banking industry
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)
- Employment Type: 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
