Senior UX Researcher

Job Description:
As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Own and lead end-to-end UX research projects, from problem framing and research planning to execution, synthesis, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data teams, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous product and business problems into clear research objectives, hypotheses, and research questions.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, segmentation, and behavioral research.
• Analyze and synthesize findings across multiple data sources to uncover meaningful user behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product strategy, design decisions, prioritization, and business outcomes.
• Communicate research findings through compelling storytelling and presentations tailored to different audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Use product metrics and behavioral data to complement user research and build a holistic understanding of users.
• Proactively identify opportunities where research can create meaningful impact, while challenging assumptions and ensuring we are solving the right problems.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.
• Proven experience independently leading complex research projects end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong product and business thinking, with the ability to connect user needs and behaviors to product and business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with product metrics and behavioral data to complement qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and constructively advocating for evidence-based decisions.
• Proactive, highly independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, marketplace, quick commerce, or on-demand platforms is a plus.
