- Manage the performance of company-owned online stores and marketplace channels to achieve established sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketplace Account / Relationship Managers to support channel growth and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of company campaigns across all online sales channels according to approved timelines and campaign objectives.
- Ensure product catalogs, pricing, promotions, banners, product availability, and other online merchandising elements are accurate and consistently updated.
- Monitor the performance of each online sales channel and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales, traffic, and profitability.
- Identify and develop joint business opportunities and promotional programs with marketplace partners to drive incremental sales.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, pricing, platform programs, and consumer behavior to support online sales strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and other relevant functions to ensure successful campaigns, smooth e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and achievement of online sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product catalog management, stock availability, customer shopping experience, order management, and overall channel quality.
- Optimize traffic, conversion rate (CRO), and sales performance through data analysis, campaign management, online merchandising, and KPI-based recommendations.
- Prepare regular online sales and channel performance reports, including key insights, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Execute special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc assignments assigned by management to support departmental and company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, Online Sales, Digital Commerce, or related functions.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces and/or company-owned online stores, preferably Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in managing online sales targets, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and marketplace operations.
- Experience working directly with Marketplace Account / Relationship Managers and managing commercial partnerships.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, including GMV, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, and campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales and channel data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of CRO, online merchandising, marketplace algorithms, and digital promotional mechanics.
- Strong coordination skills with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
