- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across telecommunications, government, BUMN, enterprise, and strategic partner sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, government stakeholders, telco operators, corporations, and technology partners.
- Understand customer business and operational challenges, then work with Product and Technology teams to develop relevant solution concepts.
- Lead opportunities from customer discovery, requirement gathering, solution development, proposal/tender preparation, negotiation, through contract closing.
- Develop new business opportunities beyond LinkIT's existing product portfolio based on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare and manage commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ/tender documents, business cases, and commercial models.
- Evaluate project opportunities from both commercial and technical perspectives, including revenue potential, margin, investment, and implementation risks.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunication, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise/Government Sales, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Technology Consulting, System Integration, or related fields.
- Strong experience in telecommunications, software, digital solutions, GovTech, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven track record in handling complex B2B/B2G opportunities with government institutions, BUMN, telco operators, or large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of technology and digital solutions, including software platforms, APIs, system integration, cloud, data, and digital services.
- Able to understand customer problems and translate them into commercially viable solution concepts.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, business strategy, commercial modelling, proposal/tender management, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong network within government, BUMN, telecommunications, enterprise, system integrators, or technology partners is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and closing strategic projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel when required.
