Business Operations Associate

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in brokerage, fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Experience handling commissions, rebates, incentives, or performance-based rewards.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or reporting/BI tools.
• Experience working directly with Product/Tech teams on feature feedback or QA/bug tracking.
• Basic understanding of compliance or legal review processes for client-facing documents.
• Experience preparing SOPs, operational guidelines, or process documentation.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (minimum GPA 3.2).
• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, client operations, account management, or operational support roles.
• ​​​​​​​Strong understanding of or willingness to learn contract documents (Terms & Conditions, Client Agreements, experience reviewing or maintaining compliance documents is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, conditional formulas) for analyzing and conversion data. - High attention to detail - you don't tolerate messy numbers or unclear processes.
• Proven ability to take ownership: you don't just wait for instructions, you move things forward.
• Experience or comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Development teams, able to identify, report, and help verify bugs or workflow issues.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, able to handle client inquiries professionally and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to read data and turn it into clear reports/insights - Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities including certain holidays when operations require it.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, including certain holidays when operations require it.
• Based in Indonesia; willing to relocate if required by business needs.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for business and professional communication.
