  1. Examine and evaluate current systems and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  2. Elicit, analyze, and document business & system requirements (BRD/FSD/SRS/Use Case) from stakeholders, including management-level users.
  3. Document system interfaces, technical specifications, and data flow/ERD for proposed solutions.
  4. Lead, guide, and review the work of junior/associate analysts within the team, including mentoring and quality control of deliverables.
  5. Translate business requirements into solution design and provide recommendations on architecture/approach in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (development, QA, infrastructure, business units) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  7. Design and oversee comprehensive testing programs, including coordinating and signing off User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  8. Train users on new applications, prepare training materials, and provide post-implementation support.
  9. Conduct vendor evaluation and comparison (cost- benefit analysis, risk assessment) and provide recommendations to management.
  10. Support change management activities and assess risks/impacts of proposed solutions on existing systems and business operations.
  11. Prepare and present solution proposals, progress reports, or business cases to management/stakeholders.
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Computerized Accounting with GPA > 3.00
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Solution Analyst, with prior experience leading or mentoring team members
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Strong command of SQL (advanced querying, performance/query optimization), not just basic statements
    • Solid understanding of database design concepts and techniques, able to produce ERD and data modeling documentation
    • Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall) and standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Enterprise Architect)
    • Understand transaction and reporting flows; able to prototype transactions/reports using MS Excel or similar tools
    • Able to produce complete application/solution design documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, Use Case, technical specs)
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions
    • Leadership skills , able to guide, coach, and review the work of junior analysts
    • Good business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
